The BFF Labor Package: $900
This Package Includes The Following
Free Consultation
One free 30 minute consultation to make sure we are a BFF match
Phone & Email Support
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, availability via phone, text, or email to answer any questions that may arise or cover concerns you may have related to your current pregnancy and birth
Prenatal Visit
One prenatal visit to go over birth history, labor and delivery goals, positioning preferences, pain management preferences, relaxation preferences (i.e. aromatherapy, soft music, flameless candles), preferences of ensuring your privacy, etc. for your current pregnancy. (1 - 2 hour visit)

Decision Making
Upon request, get and give clear, unbiased information to "assist" you in making informed decisions both before and during labor. (I do NOT make decisions "for" you)
Speak to the staff on your behalf
Advocate for the mother upon request. Helping to facilitate communication between the mother and care provider.
24/7 On Call (Labor)
24/7 on call beginning "one week" prior to EDD (estimated due date) until birth of baby
Emotional Support
Provide emotional support to you and your partner/spouse during pregnancy, and labor and delivery.

Provide emotional support to you and your partner/spouse during pregnancy, and labor and delivery.
During labor
Non-medical labor support throughout the entire duration of labor, beginning when you feel you need it, and immediately after (30 minutes - 1 hour after birth). Be it a Home, a Hospital, or Cesarean birth, support is provided.
Physical Support
Provide physical support to you by way of relaxation techniques and tools (such as a rebozo sling) during entire duration of labor.
Postpartum follow-up visit
One postpartum visit, to go over birth, answer any remaining questions, and help with light tasks. (1 - 2 hour visit)
Additional Visits Package: $45 per hour

For any additional help, support, or consultation visits wanted before and/or after the birth of your baby (1 hour increments).
